Our Wedding Flowers Process and Terms & Conditions

Our Process

  • SEND an enquiry via the "Love more info" form on our website, or by emailing us. We will reply with our wedding flowers info and pricing document attached to the return email.

  • FILL out our Wedding Flowers Quote & Order List (available in our info & pricing document) and send it to hello@howehillflowerfarm.com with your name and wedding date in the subject line.

  • Within a week of receiving your form we will email you a bespoke QUOTE for your flowers based on the information you have provided.

  • Upon receiving your quote, carefully review it. This quote is valid for 28 days, but please note that receipt of a quote does not infer a provisional or confirmed booking has been made. When you decide to go ahead with us you can send  your  BOOKING DEPOSIT of €100, along with a signed copy of our BOOKING FORM, to reserve your wedding date on our calendar. Your deposit will be applied towards your final flowers balance. Please note, we cannot reserve or hold your date until we have received your signed booking form and deposit.

  • 6 weeks before your wedding date we will contact you to FINALISE your order. At this time any small changes you need to make can be done.

  • Final PAYMENT for your wedding flowers is due 10 days prior to your wedding day. We prefer payment by bank transfer, but cash or credit/debit card can be accepted in person at the farm also.

  • We will have your flowers READY and packaged for transportation for you to collect at our farm near Kilbrittain on the date and time specified on your final order. We can deliver and install your flowers by special arrangement for an additional fee.

Our Wedding Terms & Conditions

Provisional Bookings – We can hold your date provisionally, upon request, for 14 days from the date initially requested. After this period a deposit is required to reserve your date.  We do not to offer “first refusal” on provisional bookings without a confirmed request.

Confirmed Booking & Deposit – To secure your booking and reserve your date we require a €100 non-refundable deposit along with a signed booking agreement.

Payment – The balance of the payment is due 10 days prior to your wedding day. Payment may be made by bank transfer, or by cash or credit card in person at our farm studio.

Changes – Any additions, substitutions or small changes can be made up to 28 days prior to your wedding day. We cannot reduce your order less than 28 days before your wedding. Changes must be made in writing via email to hello@howehillflowerfarm.com

Substitutions – You agree to communicate your flower variety and colour preferences. We will advise you on the seasonality of specific varieties, however, due to the nature of flower farming and climate, nothing is guaranteed, therefore you agree to allow us to make substitutions within your colour palette, and necessary substitutions will be at our discretion.

Accessories – Any accessories (vases, stands, containers etc.) loaned or hired to you must be returned in the same condition that it was given within 7 days of your wedding. A replacement fee will be issued for any lost or damaged items.

Cancellations – Cancellations may be made more than 28 days before your wedding date, and will receive a refund on any money paid less non-refundable deposit.
